ip-label.newtest takes part in TCD event in the Netherlands

By Nicolas Runderkamp, Country Manager Benelux

On April 21 to 23, 2009 ip-label.newtest took part in TCD / the flagship event for contact centres in Utrecht in the Netherlands

ip-label.newtest’s participation translated into multiple presentations.
A variety of issues encountered by call centres were dealt with at ip-label.newtest’s stand, among them the following themes:

  1. Are the access times to my CRM application in SaaS mode acceptable in terms of performance?
  2. Is the voice quality of incoming and outgoing calls at my call centres good?
  3. Is my SVI platform really accessible?

There were as just as many issues that deserved objective analysis from the point of view of users, whether clients or call centre agents.

Many companies showed great interest in the full range of contact centre services for measuring digital service quality in the context of client relations, such as:

  1. The quality of multi-channel client relations: internet, mail and Web 2.0 technologies, mobile technologies (SMS), next-generation IVR platforms with voice recognition, etc.
  2. The performance of CRM applications, particularly SaaS delivery models
  3. The quality of IP telephony in call centre environments, etc.
